摘要
我国农村公共产品供给出现的问题对农村经济发展和新农村建设产生了巨大阻力,不符合我国统筹城乡发展战略的需要。解决农村公共产品供给问题迫在眉睫。文章在分析我国农村公共产品供给现状的同时剖析了其产生的根本原因,并且从有效供给的角度分析了农村公共产品供给对促进农村经济发展的作用机制,最后提出了提升农村公共产品供给能力的路径,为推进农村经济发展找到了新的突破口。
At present China’s rural public goods supply problems for rural economic development and new rural construction produced a huge resistance ,fails to meet the needs of urban and rural development strat-egy .This paper analyzes the status quo of China’s rural public goods supply ,while analysis of the root causes of their produce ,and from the point of view of the effective supply of rural public goods supply to promote rural economic development mechanism ,and finally proposed to enhance the ability of public goods supply path to find a new breakthrough to promote rural economic development .
