摘要
80年代的经济体制改革和对外开放使产业结构的体制环境发生了很大变化,从而对产业结构产生了重大的影响。这一影响既表现在产业结构的积极变化方面,也表现在因改革不深入、不配套而导致的产业结构失衡加剧方面。作者在对此做了全面系统的揭示之后,提出了消除结构失衡障碍,促进90年代产业结构调整的基本设想和改革思路。
The structural reform of the economy and the policy of opening to the outside world carried out in the 1980s have brought about great changes in the institutional environment of the industrial structure, thus having a significant impact upon the industrial structure. This impact, while being the positive factor to the chang of industrial structure, also sharpened the unbalance of it due to the unperfect and unsupported measures of the reform. Thoroughly analysing the matter, the author puts forward some basic ideas and suggestions on how to eliminate the unbalance of the industrial structure so as to promote its readjustment in the 90s.
