摘要
警务战术意识主观上支配着战术技能的运用,也是战斗能力更高层次的体现。根据警务战术意识形成、发展以及在实战中表现出来的特点和规律,有针对、有计划、有策略的开展警务战术意识训练,是加强警务人员战术意识的重要途径。本文分别从层次性提升警务技战能力、阶段性发展警务战术意识以及系统性开展警务战术意识辅助训练三方面着手,详细说明了开展警务战术意识训练的做法,旨在建立一个完整的警务战术意识训练策略体系,以期有效提升警察队伍的执法战斗能力。
Policing tactics consciousness subjectively dominates the use of policing skills and functions as a reflection of superior combat ability. The formation, development, characteristics and laws of policing tactics consciousness show that： to develop training on policing tactics consciousness pointedly, schematically and strategically is an important way to strengthen the police’s consciousness of policing tactics. This article elaborates on the concrete methods to train policing tactics consciousness from the perspectives of promoting policing skills hierarchically, developing policing tactics consciousness periodically and carrying out subsidiary training systematically, with the view to build an integrated strategy system of such training and improve the law enforcement and combat abilities of the police forces.
