摘要
观察 10 0例人工关节置换术后患者体温变化 ,发现体温变化的曲线呈“双峰”现象 ,即在术后第 1～ 3日为第一高峰 ,平均 38.0± 0 .5℃ ;此后体温逐渐下降 ,术后 5日达最低 ,平均 37.0± 0 .3℃ ;此后体温又逐渐升高 ,术后第 8～ 10日为第二高峰 ,平均 37.5± 0 .4℃。针对上述规律 ,分析造成此现象的原因可能为吸收热和异物热 ,从而加强卫生宣教 ,采取相应措施 ,提高护理质量。
In observing temperature changes in 100 cases of artificial joint replacement,we discovered that the temperature curves presented a “double peak” phenomenon.Accordingly,we analyzed the reasons for this phenomenon and dealt with them,improving our nursing quality.
