摘要
现阶段虽然政府主管部门一再限价,景区门票价格却一路飙涨,但游客数量屡创新高。根据经济学等价交换的原则,价格上涨后,游客仍然愿意进行消费的事实说明该消费行为是值得的。"价格越高,需求越旺"背后的经济本质是门票价格过低,游客消费剩余存在着巨大空间导致的。通过对景区和游客各自目标的系统分析,应用博弈、局部均衡等分析方法对景区门票价格形成过程及其合理性进行剖析,提出了景区门票价格可以分为两个阶段—规制阶段和市场阶段。不同发展阶段,政府主管部门的政策规制和景区运营模式都应作相应的调整,实现包括经济效益、社会效益、环境效益等在内的综合效益帕累托最优。
At present, the government departments impose restrictions on scenic spot prices again and again, but the ticket price is still skyrocketing, and the number of visitors reached new highs. According to the principle of e-conomics equivalent exchange, the fact that price increased, tourists are still willing to purchase expressed that the spending is worthy. What behind the economic essence : ',higher the price, more prosperous the demand " is tick- et price is too low, the tourists" consumption surplus has a big space. This article through the systematical analysis to their goals of scenic spot and visitors ; Adopting game analysis and part equilibrium analysis methods, the scenic spot ticket price forming process and the rationality are explained in depth. Put forward that the scenic spot ticket price can be divided into two stages - regulation stage and market stage; Different stage of development, the gov-emment department policy regulation and the optimality of comprehensive benefit, include operation mode should make corresponding adjustment, realize Pareto economic, social, environmental benefits.
