摘要 目的 研究 10 m W氦氖 (He- Ne)激光照射对大鼠坐骨损伤神经后脊髓 CGRP表达的影响 .方法  96只 SD大鼠制成坐骨神经损伤模型 ,He- Ne激光照射损伤的坐骨神经 ,免疫组化方法观察脊髓内 CGRP的变化 .结果 神经损伤后 1d脊髓内 CGRP表达即增加 ;2 wk及 4wk时激光照射组CGRP的表达高于对照组 ,阳性表达主要存在于脊髓灰质内前角运动神经元和背根感觉纤维 ;8wk时 CGRP仍保持较高水平的表达 ,二组无明显差异 .结论  10 m W He- Ne激光照射大鼠损伤的坐骨神经可引起脊髓内神经元 CGRP表达的变化 。 AIM To study the expression of calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in spinal cord after irradiation on injured sciatic nerve of rat by He Ne laser with output power of 10 mW. METHODS Injured sciatic nerves, made in 96 SD rats, were irradiated by He Ne laser. The changes of CGRP in spinal cord were immunohistochemically studied. RESULTS Expression of CGRP increased in spinal cord on the first day after injury of sciatic nerve. More expression of CGRP in second and fourth week was observed in laser irradiation group compared to control group. The positive substance was mainly found in motor neuron in anterior horn and sensory nerve fiber in posterior horn. At eighth week, CGRP remained a high expression in both groups, and showed no significant difference. CONCLUSION Expression of CGRP in spinal cord can be changed by He Ne laser irradiation with power output of 10mW on injured sciatic nerve in rat. He Ne laser irradiation can promote nerve regeneration.
