一种贫油燃烧室进口温度和压力对污染物排放影响的试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental Research of the Influence of Inlet Pressure and Temperature on Pollutant Emissions for an Inter-Staged Lean Combustor

摘要 以一种中心分级的贫油预混预蒸发单头部燃烧室为研究对象,通过模拟不同燃烧室进口温度和压力,研究其对污染物排放的影响。结果表明,燃烧室进口温度和压力升高对CO、UHC的生成影响相对较小,但对NOx的生成影响很大。通过对排放数据的最佳拟合,得到了NOx发散指数与进口温度和压力之间的预估关系式,并利用已有的单头部燃烧室返场与巡航状态及三头部扇形燃烧室爬升与起飞状态的NOx排放试验数据,对其进行了验证。 Experimental investigations were carried out to study the influence of inlet operation parameters (inlet temperature and pressure) on pollutant emissions for an inter-staged lean-premixed combustor by simulating different inlet temperature and pressure. The results show that the inlet temperature and pressure have little effect on CO and UHC emissions;however, they have great effect on NO x emission. Ultimately, by doing data reduction and analysis, one satisfactory correlations of EINOx with inlet temperature and pressure was got and was validated by the NO x emission data of take-off and climb conditions for sector combustor.
