摘要
垃圾渗滤液处理是目前城市环境中亟待解决的问题,目前较为常见的渗滤液处理工艺主要是物化法和生物物化法,其中反渗透和MBR—NF分别是其典型代表。通过对这两种工艺流程、特点及工程案例运行情况的总结,从运营、工程、成本等方面进行了综合比较,指出对于规模小(100 m3/d以下)、水质水量变化大、渗滤液可生化性较差或老龄化的工程,反渗透工艺具有一定的优势,而对于较大规模或渗滤液可生化性较好的工程,MBR—NF工艺较为适宜。通过对渗滤液典型工艺的对比探讨,可为垃圾项目在渗滤液处理工艺选择方面提供参考。
Landfill leachate treatment is currently an urgent problem in the urban environment. The common leachate treatment processes are mainly physical-chemical method and biochemical method, in which reverse osmosis and MBR/NF are the typical examples respectively. The technological process and characteristics of these two processes and the operation of the engineering cases were summarized, and the two processes were compared in terms of operation, engineering, cost and so on. Reverse osmosis was more suitable for treatment project with small capacity (below 100 m3/d), large fluctuation in water quality and quantity, poorly biodegradable or aged leachate, treatment project with larger capacity or highly biodegradable while MBR/NF was more appropriate for leachate. Through comparison of the com-mon leachate treatment processes, a reference for the selection of leachate treatment process was provid-ed.
