基于无量纲分析的磁流变隔振器阻尼参数优化 被引量:3

Damping Parameter Optimization of Magneto-Rheological Isolator via Dimensionless Analysis

摘要 针对被动隔振器件不能自适应调整自身参数以及大型工程隔振项目实物研究成本高且难以实现的缺点,提出了采用无量纲的磁流变隔振器阻尼参数优化的方法。从无量纲的角度对隔振系统进行优化建模。在降低力传递率的同时,兼顾振动位移和加速度,根据隔振系统的动态响应特性对多目标问题进行全局寻优,求得磁流变隔振器的最佳阻尼及其驱动电流。对多频多振幅激励作用下的磁流变隔振器进行阻尼优化仿真,结果表明,优化后的振动加速度有效值减少31.41%,传递到地基上的力有效值减少58.75%。根据无量纲相似理论搭建小尺度台架进行试验,试验表明阻尼参数优化后的振动加速度和传递到地基上的力均得到明显降低。通过仿真和台架试验的相互验证表明了无量纲化参数优化方法的有效性和可行性。 Since passive vibration isolation device cannot adaptively change the parameters of vibration isolation,as well as the high cost and practice difficulty of a large vibration isolation project,the damping parameter optimization of Magneto-rheological isolator is proposed based on the dimensionless analysis method.In order to improve the whole effect of the vibration isolation system,it must build optimization model from the angel of the dimensionless.Three target functions are built by considering the vibration transmissibility ratio,vibration displacement and vibration acceleration at the same time.According to the dynamic response characteristics of the vibration isolation system,the system multi-objective problem is solved by global optimization principle.Then the best magneto-rheological equipment damping parameters and the best drive current can be obtained.A magneto-rheological vibration isolation system under multi-frequency and multi-amplitude exciting force are simulated in MATLAB.The Root Mean Square of acceleration is decreased by 31.41%and the Root Mean Square of the force transmitted to the foundation is decreased by58.75%.Then small scale isolation equipment based on dimensionless similarity theory is built in laboratory.The parameters optimization test results show that the vibration acceleration and the force transmitted to the foundation is significantly reduced.From the simulation and bench mutual authentication,the dimensionless parameter optimization method is effective and feasible in engineering vibration isolation.
