摘要
目的 :对携带EB病毒膜抗原 (membraneantigen ,MA)基因BLLF1的转基因首建鼠的表型分析。方法 :利用组织病理学和免疫组织化学方法来研究该转基因小鼠的表型改变和基因的表达。结果 :2只EB病毒MA基因BLLF1转基因首建鼠患了淋巴瘤 ,免疫组织化学染色显示MA免疫反应主要位于肿瘤细胞和所有上皮组织。结果 :MA基因BLLF1的表达可能与淋巴瘤的发生有关。
Objective: To analyze the transgenic founder mice carrying EB virus membrane antigen(MA) BLLF1 gene. Methods: The histopathological and immunohistochemical methods were used to study the phenotypical changes and the gene expression in this transgenic mouse. Results: Two transgenic founder mice carrying the EB virus MA BLLF1 gene had developed a lymphoma. MA immunoreaction were strongly positive in the tumor cells and the whole epithelial tissues. Conclusion: The results suggested the expression of MA gene BLLF1 may be related to the development of lymphoma.
