大鼠P物质在纹状体和苍白球的生后发育研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :了解大鼠纹状体和苍白球内的P物质 (SP)分布的生后发育变化。方法 :对大鼠脑进行连续冠状组织切片 ,尔后进行P物质的ABC法免疫细胞化学染色。结果 :正常成年大鼠SP主要分布在纹状体的中部和尾部 ,其中以边缘区的含量最高 ,主要为免疫阳性纤维 ,呈背腹方向走行 ,在背侧与丘脑终纹的SP纤维发生联系 ,而在腹侧与杏仁核的SP纤维发生联系 ;同时在苍白球的内侧缘和尾壳核的近尾侧的背外侧亦有少量的SP阳性纤维呈背腹方向分布。大鼠P物质在纹状体内分布的生后发育变化为 :P0 1时其阳性纤维仅在纹状体的边缘区分布 ,P1 0时在苍白球的内侧缘开始有阳性纤维带 ,P3 0时尾壳核的背侧出现阳性纤维分布 ,P60以后同成年。结论 :P物质非均匀性地分布在纹状体和苍白球内 ,纹状体和苍白球内P物质的生后发育与其他神经递质有显著的差异。 Objective: To understand the postnatal development of the substance P distribution in striatum and globus pallidus in rat brain. Methods: The postnatal development of substance P distribution in the striatum and globus pallidus were studied with the immunocytochemical ABC method after examining serial coronal sections from P01 to 360 rat brain. Results: Substance P, which were immunoreactivity fibers at dorsalventral direction, was mainly distributed in the central and caudate parts of the striatum, most was located at the marginal division of the striatum. There was a little amount of SP fiber in the inner part of globus pallidus and outer dorsal part of caudate-putamen. The postnatal development of substance P distribution in the striatum was as follow: The SP-immunoreactive fibers were only present in the marginal division(MrD). at birth (P01), whereas globus pallidus(GP) displaying substance P immunoreactivity in its medial border by about postnatal day 10. Sp-immunoreactive fibers appeared first along the lateral part of the caudate-putamen on postnatal day 30. After psotnatal day 30, the distribution of substance P in the striatum was the same as adult rat. Conclusion: Substance P distributes nonuniformly in the striatum and globus pallidus. The postnatal development of this neurotransmitter has significant difference with other neurotransmitters in the brain.
