摘要
目的 :为探讨层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白在胚泡着床过程中的生物学作用。方法 :本实验使用昆明雌性小鼠 3 0只 ,分为未孕和早期妊娠共 6组。通过免疫组织化学方法 ,检测了层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白在着床期小鼠子宫内膜中的分布状况。结果 :胚泡着床开始时 (即受精后 4~ 5天 ) ,层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白均出现一个表达高峰 ,尔后纤维粘连蛋白迅速减少。受精后 6~ 8天 ,细胞外基质中的层粘连蛋白逐渐增加。结论 :层粘连蛋白和纤维粘连蛋白在营造胚泡着床微环境和植入调节中发挥重要作用。
Objective: To study the effect of laminin and fibronectin in the process of implantation. Methods: Thirty Kuming female mice were divided into a unpregnant group and 5 early pregnant group. The distribution of laminin( LN) and fibronectin(FN) in endometrium were observed with immunohistochemical method. Results: The expression of LN and FN peaked at the beginning of implantation(day 4~5 of pregnancy), then FN decreased suddenly. LN in extracellular matrix(ECM) around decidual cells increased gradually. Conclusion: LN and FN in endometrium may play a critical role in construction of microenviroment for embryo implantation, and may also be an important regulator in the process of implantation.
