摘要
目的探讨正常成年男性精浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的正常值参考范围;探讨精浆、血清Hcy浓度与精液参数的关联性以及精浆与血清Hcy浓度的关联性。方法从精子库捐精者中招募了31例健康志愿者,收集其精液及血清,检测其精液常规,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定血清与精浆中的Hcg的浓度并计算精浆Hcy总含量;采用统计学软件SPSS12.0分析精浆Hcy正常参考值范围,分析精浆、血清Hcy浓度,精浆Hcy总含量与精液参数的关联性以及精浆与血清Hcy的关联性。结果精浆Hey浓度与精子活力呈负相关(r=-0.439,P=0.014),与其他精液参数无相关性;精浆与血清Hcy浓度之间也无相关性。结论健康青年男性精浆Hcy浓度的参考值范围:6.02~21.96μmol/L(95%CI);精浆Hcy浓度与精子活力呈负相关。
Objective: To investiggte seminal plasma homocysteine (Hcy)and the correlation between semen parameters and seminal plasma or serum Hcy levels in normal young men. Methods: Thirty one healthy young Chinese men were enrolled from eligible volunteers of Beijing human sperm bank after screening. The semen parameters were analyzed after the semen and serum were collected. Thereafter the concentrations of seminal plasma and serum Hcy were measured with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The seminal plasma Hcy levels and the correlation between semen parameters and seminal plasma or serum Hcy levels were analyzed with the statistical software SPSS 12.0. Results: A significant negative correlation was found between the concentration of seminal plasma Hcy and sperm motility(r=- 0. 439, P= 0. 014). No correlation was found in seminal plasma Hcy and other semen parameters. In addition,there was no correlation between the seminal plasma and serum Hcy levels. Conclusions: Normal reference range of seminal plasma Hcy in young men is 6.02-21.96 /amol/L(the 95% confidence interval). There is a significant negative correlation between the concentration of seminal plasma Hcy and sperm motility, which suggests that seminal plasma Hey may impact the spermmetabolism. Seminal plasma Hcy levels as an influence factor may reflect change of sperm motility.
