补体系统对类风湿关节炎的免疫调节作用 被引量：9

摘要 RA是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病，临床中患者可出现全身多关节肿胀、疼痛，甚至关节活动受限和畸形，其病理表现为关节的滑膜炎，最终造成骨和软骨的侵蚀。RA至今病因不明，目前认为是免疫介导的炎性疾病。补体是存在于血浆与细胞外液中的一组经活化后具有酶活性的蛋白质，
