摘要
以包头市友谊嘉园建设项目为例,分析了房地产项目的行业建设特点。根据水土流失的影响因素和分布情况,预测水土流失量,采取相应的水土保持措施,动态监测水土保持效益。为全面、有效地减少房地产开发项目对城市水土流失的影响提供理论和技术支持。
Taken the friendship garden construction projection in Baotou as an example, analysis the features of the real estate industry construction. According to the Influence factors on the soil and water loss and distribution, Predicted the amount of water and soil erosion; Using corresponding measures of soil and water conservation; Dy- namic monitoring the benefits of the soil and water conservation. To Provide theoretical and technical support for the effecting on overall and effectively reducing the real estate development projection to city water and soil loss.
