焊接电流对汽车用双相钢板电阻点焊接头组织和性能的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Welding Current on Microstructure and Properties of Duplex Stainless Steel Resistance Spot Welded Joint

摘要 试验研究了焊接电流对双相钢板DP800及DP1000电阻点焊接头组织和性能的影响。结果表明,DP1000钢板工艺参数范围比DP800钢板大;随着焊接电流增加,点焊接头剪切力呈现先增加后减小的趋势,显微硬度值呈现增加的趋势;DP1000钢点焊接头的剪切力高于DP800钢点焊接头的剪切力。 The effects of welding current on dual phase steel DP800 and DP1000 resistance spot welding process were studied. The experimental results show that the welding parameters for DP1000 plate is larger than DP500 wide. With the increase of welding current, the shear force increases firstly and then decreases. The microhardness increases as the welding current increasing. The shear force of DP1000 steel spot-welding joint is higher than that of DP800 steel.
