Electron Beam Welding for 30CrMoV9 Steel

摘要 针对28 mm厚30CrMoV9钢进行真空电子束焊接,通过焊前预热、焊后缓冷来避免焊缝焊接气孔、裂纹的产生。焊接接头的组织、性能试验结果表明,通过选择合理的焊接工艺参数,采用真空电子束焊接30CrMoV9钢能够获得良好的力学性能。 The electron beam welding technology was used to weld 30CrMoV9 steel. The reasonable welding parameter was choosed by analyzing the weld ability of the 30CrMoV9 steel. The gas pore and crack of weld seam can be avoided by preheat and post heat. The microstructure, profile of weld seam was analyzed by metallographic microscope. The results show that the weld seam of 30CrMoV9 steel welded by electron beam has good mechanical properties. The weld was detected by X-ray and magnetic particle test and mechanical properties test. The weld quality can meet the relevant standards.
