摘要
采用粉末状Ti-35Zr-15Ni-15Cu钎料,对不同氢含量的置氢Ti40钛合金进行了钎焊,保温时间为10 min。分析了含氢量对置氢Ti40钛合金钎焊接头组织的影响。不同氢含量的置氢Ti40钛合金的钎焊试验表明,随着氢含量的增加,接头内反应层明显变宽,且反应层内交错的针状组织也变得越来越明显越细密,扩散层的宽度也有所增加。钎焊温度达到970℃时,接头组织中开始出现由钎料层直接进入母材组织的白亮条,该组织贯穿反应层和扩散层直接进入母材组织,且随着钎焊温度升高和母材氢含量的增加该白亮条有增多的趋势。
The brazing of hydrogenated Ti40 alloy using Ti-35Zr-15Ni-15Cu solder for 10 min was carried out. The impact of hydrogen content for hydrogenated Ti40 alloy brazed joint microstructurewas analyzed. According to the experimental observations, with the increase of hydrogen content, the joint reaction layer becomes wider, and the reaction layer staggered acicular structure also becomes more and more obvious, and the diffusion layer width also increases. When the brazing temperature reach 970℃, the joint microstmcture emerges white light strip from the solder layer directly into the base metal. The microstructure throughout the reaction layer and the diffusion layer and directly enter the base metal, and the white light grows with the increase of brazing temperature and hydrogen content of the base material.
