摘要
基于旋转电弧TIG焊的薄板焊缝跟踪系统,搭建了电弧电压信号采集系统并研究了电弧电压的信号处理方法。采用将中值滤波和均值滤波进行综合的方法对电弧电压信号进行处理,用多次均值滤波以获得更好的滤波效果。试验结果表明,所研究的滤波方法具有很好的去噪效果。
Set up the arc voltage signal acquisition system and study the method of the arc voltage signal processing, Based on the rotating arc TIG welding of the thin seam tracking system. Combine with the median filtering and mean filtering methods to process the arc voltage signal. In order to obtain a better filtering effect, use several times of average filter. The test results show that the research of filter method have good denoising effect.
