Optimization of Drawbead Resistance Based on Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 针对某汽车骨架件结构特点确定了一模两件的成形方式,利用Dynaform有限元软件对其拉延成形过程进行了分析。结果表明,当调整压边力不能有效提高成形质量时,设置拉延筋能改善成形质量。基于正交试验法重点研究了拉延筋设置对冲压成形质量的影响,依据正交试验数据反映出的优化方向,对各段拉延筋阻力和数量进行了优化,使成形质量满足设计要求。研究结论对工程应用具有指导意义。 Aiming at the structure characteristics of an automobile frame parts, a forming method in one die forming two parts was determined. Its drawing forming process was analyzed by using Dynaform finite element software. The results show that setting drawbeads can improve the forming quality when adjusting blank-holder force can not improve the forming quality. The influence of drawbeads setting on stamping forming quality was mainly studied based on orthogonal experiment method. According to the optimized direction reflected by orthogonal experiment data, the resistance and numbers of every section of drawbeads were optimized to make the forming quality meet the design requirements. The research conclusion has guiding significance for engineering application.
