摘要
从加热温度、轧机振动、上下工作辊速度方面对3500炉卷轧机生产X80高强厚钢板时出现的横向浪的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施。实际应用表明:提高板坯受热均匀性、消除轧机3~6Hz的低频振动频率、增强轧制速度的稳定性可以有效地减少甚至消除横向浪的产生。
The problem of the transverse wave of X80 high strength thick steel plate produced by steckel mill was analyzed from the aspects of heating temperature, rolling mill vibration and the speed of upper and lower roll, Practical application shows that the transverse wave can be reduced and eliminated by increasing the slab heating uniformity, removing 3--6 Hz low vibration frequency of rolling mill and enhancing rolling speed stability.
