摘要
为了精确分析模具安装误差对叶片辊轧精度的影响,建立了以自动接触为特征的叶片辊轧动力学模型。将模具作为刚体,叶片作为多段线性弹塑性体,研究了模具水平偏移的安装误差、水平偏转安装误差、竖直偏转安装误差所引起的叶片型面在厚度方向和宽度方向的变形大小。结果表明:不同的安装误差方式对叶片型面精度的影响趋势和程度是不同的,其中模具的水平偏移误差引起的型面误差最大,水平偏转误差引起的型面误差次之,竖直偏转误差引起的型面误差最小。该结果可以指导模具的安装调整过程,提高设备的工作效率。
In order to analyze exactly the influence of installation errors of die on the accuracy of rolling blade, the dynamic model of rolling blade with the characteristic of auto contact was established. The die was regarded as rigid body, and the blade was regarded as segmental linear elastic-plastic body. The deformation in the width and thickness direction of blade surface caused by the installation error of horizontal migration, installation error of horizontal deflection and installation error of vertical deflection of the die was researched. The results show that the trend and degree of effect of different installation errors on precision of blade surface are different. The errors of blade surface caused by installation errors of horizontal migration is the maximum, caused by installation errors of horizontal deflection is the latter, and caused by installation errors of vertical deflection is the minimum. The results can guide the adjustment of die installation and increase equipment productivity.
