摘要 通过不同壁厚减薄率的筒形件旋压的单向拉伸试验获得了应力—应变关系曲线。在弹性变形和塑性变形工艺的基础上,分析了减薄率对屈服强度、弹性模量以及切线模量的影响。并且通过修正双线性弹塑性本构关系,获得了强力旋压成形的本构关系。结合宏观增量本构关系和拉伸试验结果,采用Mises屈服准则和随动强化模型建立了适合强力旋压成形的弹塑性增量本构方程,这为筒形件强力旋压成形奠定理论研究和实际应用的基础。 Stress-strain relationship curves were obtained by the tension experiment of cylindrical workpieces under different ratios of thinning of wall thickness. On the basis of the process of elastic and plastic deformation, the influence of ratio of thinning on yield strength, modulus of elasticity and tangent modulus was analyzed. And the constitutive relation of the power spinning forming was obtained by revising the double-linear elastic-plastic constitutive relation. Combining the macro incremental constitutive relation and the results of tension experiment, the elastic-plastic incremental constitutive equation suitable for the power spinning forming was established by using Mises yield criterion and kinematic hardening model, which lays the foundation of theoretic research and practical application for the power spinning forming of cylindrical workpieces.
