摘要
目的 探讨小腿外侧腓动脉穿支皮瓣移植修复四肢软组织缺损的临床疗效.方法 在小腿外侧设计以腓动脉穿支皮瓣游离移植修复四肢软组织缺损10例,皮瓣切取面积为4.0cm＆#215;6.0cm ～8.0cm＆#215;12.0cm.结果 术后皮瓣全部成活,创面Ⅰ期愈合.术后均获随访3～31个月,移植皮瓣色泽、质地良好,修复的肢体外观、功能均满意.结论 腓动脉穿支皮瓣具有血管解剖恒定、厚薄适中、供区相对隐蔽等优点,是修复四肢软组织缺损的一种有效方法.
Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of the flap pedicled with free peroneal artery in the repair of soft tissue defects of extremities. Methods The flaps pedicled with free peroneal artery were taken from the lateral leg in 10 cases for repairing the soft tissue defects of extremities, the defect area ranged from 4.0 cm × 6.0 cm to 8.0 cm × 12.0 cm. Results All the postoperative flaps survived completely and the wounds healed primarily. All cases were followed up for 3 to 31 months, both the color and texture of grafted flaps were good, the appearance of repaired extremities and their functions were satisfactory. Conclu- sion The flaps pedicled with free peroneal artery is an effective method to repair soft tissue defects of extremi- ties, owing to constant vascular anatomy, medium thickness, covert donor site and so on.
