摘要
目平外睾吸虫Exorchis mupingensis sp.nov.的成虫寄生在西洞庭湖区目平湖的鲶鱼Parasilurus asotus肠道内;其第一中间宿主为湖北钉螺Oncomelania hupensis,第二中间宿主为金鱼Carassius auratu;其生活史包括成虫、尾蚴、一代雷蚴、囊蚴及后蚴和童虫;本吸虫的排泄囊在童虫和成虫均为不典型的V形,即包括V形和倒三角形短主干Y形,与已经报道的其它外睾吸虫的排泄囊形态有显著的不同,此外本吸虫在成虫和幼虫期同已报告的其他外睾吸虫也存在明显的差异。
The adult of Exorchis mupingensis sp. nov. were obtained from the intestine of Parasilurus asotus occurring in Muping Lake of western Dongting Lake area. Its first intermediate host is Oncomelania hupensis, and the second intermedi- ate host is Carassius auratu. Its life cycle comprises： adult, cercaria, one generation redia, metacercaria, excysted metacercar- ia, and adolescaria. The excretory bladders of the adult and adolescaria of the adult are nontypical v-shaped, namely comprising v-shpaed excretory bladders and y-shpaed excretory bladders with inverted triangle short main trunk, which is different from the morphological structure of other reported Exorchis spp. , and the adult and the larva have other obvious diffenences from other Exorchis spp. which have been already reported.
