EBUS—GS对肺周围型病变的诊断价值
摘要
随着影像学尤其是螺旋CT的普及、发展和日益完善，肺部病变的发现率明显提高，据报道，50岁以上的吸烟者半数患者胸部CT扫描能发现肺部结节，但肺部病变的定性诊断始终是困扰胸外科医师的一大难题。
