摘要
利用VisualBasic6 0 (简称VB6 )编程技术和分子生物学实验技术 ,研制开发一套用于测定DNA基因扩增片段或限制性内切酶水解后形成的不同大小片段的特征参数的分子生物学图像分析软件 ,该软件能对不同DNA分子、蛋白质分子和其它生物大分子的电泳图像进行定量分析。应用表明 ,该软件系统准确可靠 ,速度快 ,能储存大量信息 ,便于检索和信息处理 。
With the use of Visual Basic 6 0 language and molecular biological technology, we have developed a new molecular biological information processing system to detect the characteristic parameter of molecular biological electrophoresis image. The software can determine the molecular weight of the restriction endonuclease hydrolytic DNA fragment and protein or other macromolecules. The application indicates that the system with its accuracy reliability high officiency and a large capacity of data to be stored,It is very useful to gene diagnosis and molecular biological researches.
