摘要
目的：比较鼻内镜下带吸引电凝止血与鼻腔填塞止血治疗鼻出血的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年1月～2013年10月收治的120例鼻出血患者作为研究对象，采用鼻内镜下带吸引电凝止血的63例患者作为观察组，采用鼻腔填塞止血的57例患者作为对照组，比较两组的止血效率、鼻腔通气改善效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的一次性止血成功率为98.4%，明显高于对照组的84.2%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后不良反应发生率为6.3%，明显低于对照组的36.8%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论鼻内镜下带吸引电凝止血治疗鼻出血一次性止血成功率高、且术后患者疼痛难受好，鼻腔损伤小、安全性更佳，具备鼻内窥镜及带吸引电凝条件时更值得推荐应用，鼻腔填塞止血操作简单，不受设备限制，临床应该根据患者的治疗要求及病情选择适合的治疗方案。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of electrical attraction coagulation under nasal endoscope and nasal packing hemostasis in the treatment of nosebleeds. Methods 120 cases of nosebleeds who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2013 were selected as the research objects, of which 63 cases used the electrical attraction coagulation under nasal endoscope were selected as the observation group, and 57 cases used the nasal packing hemostasis were selected as the control group. The hemostatic efficiency, effect of nasal ventilation improvement and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of disposable hemostasis in the observation group was 98.4%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group（84.2%）, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P ＆lt; 0.05）; The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.3%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group（36.8%）, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion The electrical attraction coagulation under nasal endoscope in the treatment of nosebleeds has the high success rate of disposable hemostasis, good postoperative pain tolerance, less nasal injury and better safety, so it is more worthy of recommendation applications when having the nasal endoscope and electrical attraction conditions, while nasal packing hemostasis has the advantages of simple operation and unrestricted by equipment, so the appropriate treatment plans are selected according to the treatment requirements of patients and disease in clinical.
