摘要
目的通过同时检测患者血清中抗链球菌DNA酶B抗体(ADNase B)和抗链球菌溶血素O抗体(ASO)的含量,探讨ADNase B检测的临床应用价值。方法采用速率散射比浊法同时检测患者血清中ADNase B和ASO的含量。结果在2375名疑似风湿性疾病的患者中,405名ADNase B超出参考范围上限,占17.1%;220名ASO超出参考范围上限,占9.2%;513名ADNase B和(或)ASO超出参考范围上限,占21.6%;112名ADNase B和ASO均超出参考范围上限,占4.7%。结论 ADNase B的阳性检出率高于ASO;二者联合检测能够进一步提高链球菌感染的检出率。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of anti-streptococcal DNase B （ADNase B） through quantitatively detecting ADNase B and anti-streptolysin O （ASO） in patient serum. Methods The content of ADNase B and ASO in patient serum was detected by means of particle-enhanced immunonephelometry using the BN ProSpec System. Results In 2375 patients who were suspected of rheumatic fever, there were 405, 220, 513 and 112 patients whose ADNase B,ASO,＆quot;ADNase B and/ or ASO＆quot;and ＆quot;ADNase B and ASO＆quot;exceeded the reference range, accounting for 17.1%,9.2%,21.6% and 4.7%,respectively. Conclusion The positive rate of ADNase B was higher than that of ASO;the detection of ADNase B and ASO could improve the positive detectable rate of streptococcal infection.
