摘要
本文分析了铁路运输业现行设备维修制度中存在的主要弊端以及企业对现行制度的改革要求,结合杭州铁路分局水电段自八六年起对铁路电力系统设备维修制度所进行的改革探索,重点介绍变压器设备在改革试点中实行状态修方式的具体做法。
