摘要
以精铸件缩孔、缩松为例,针对生产中出现缺陷的铸件,采用ProCAST分析软件对原铸造工艺进行了凝固模拟,找出了缺陷产生的原因,提出了工艺优化方案,并设计了新的铸造工艺。对新工艺模拟结果表明,铸件内部缺陷消除。按新工艺试制后的零件内部缺陷被消除,与模拟结果吻合较好。
Aimed at the shrinkage porosity defects in investment castings in production, the solidification process of original casting process was simulated by ProCAST, the causes of the defects were analyzed, and a new optimized process scheme was proposed and designed. The simulation results of the new optimized process show that the casting defects are eliminated in the castings. In addition, the experimental results of optimized scheme agree well with the simulation results.
