摘要
目的摸清青海省苯职业危害现状以制订防治对策。方法作业场所职业卫生学调查,气相色谱法测定样品;苯作业人员体检,计数ANAE阳性细胞数。结果显示了苯作业工厂数、企业规模、苯中毒发病情况及行业分布。表明苯接触组外周血T淋巴细胞数明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论苯浓度超标严重,体检异常率、中毒患病率均高于全国平均水平。应改善环境,加强宣教,呼吁通过立法强化监督管理。
Objective To investigate the present situation of benzene occupational hazard in Qinghai province and its countermeasures. Methods Occupational hygiene investigation were made on the work sites. Physical examination was carried on and samples were collected for the workers exposed to benzene. Results The number of factories with benzene exposure and enterprise scale were given. Benzene poisoning morbidity and distribution in different industry were shown. The lymphocyte in benzene exposed group were much obviously lower than those in the control group (P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Benzene concentration exceeded MAC. The detecting rate of abnormal result in physical examination and prevalence of benzene poisoning were higher than those in national average level. The prevention and countermeasures were put forward. The priorities of hazard control were also determined.
