摘要
文章通过对云南省农业科学院自育与外引29个玉米自交系主要数量性状进行主成分和遗传距离分析,将参试自交系划分为8个类群,研究表明遗传距离能真实的反映出本院自育外引系的真实的遗传差异,为亲本的选配提供了科学的依据。按遗传距离等因素筛选出了6个自交系,供进一步育种使用。
In this paper,the main quantitative charactetics of bred or introduced 29 maize inled lines were analyzed to principal component and genetic distance by Yurnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The results indicated that 29 inbred lines were divided into 8 groups,and genetic distance could reflect the actual genetic divergence among the investigated inbred lines.The results can also provide the basis for the scientific parental combination.According to the results of genetic distance,six inbred lines were selected for use by breeding.
