摘要
目的:探讨实施临床护理分组质控的效果.方法:将2012年1~6月在我院住院的60例患者实施常规的护理质量管理,2012年7~12月在我院住院的60例患者实施分组质控后的护理质量管理措施,对比两组实施临床护理分组质控前后的患者各项护理质量指标及护士工作满意度.结果:实施护理分组质控后患者各项护理质量指标及满意度高于实施前(P<0.05).结论:实施临床护理分组质控,有助于改善患者的满意度,提升护理质量,促进医患关系的和谐.
Objective:To explore the effect of grouping clinical nursing quality control. Methods:Previous routine care quality management that implemented from January to June in 2012 were included as the control group, nursing quality management that carried out by the quality control grouping nursing quality management from July to December in 2012 were included as the experimental group. Every care quality indicator and satisfaction of patients before and af- ter the implementation of GCNQC was compared. Results:The responsibility of nurses and the nurse care quality were enhanced after the implementation of grouping care quality control( P 〈 0.05 ). The satisfaction of patients was also significantly improved. Conclusion : The satisfaction of patients was improved, the care quality was enhanced, the harmony of the doctor - patient relationship was also promoted after the Implementation of clinical nursing quality control.
