摘要
目的:探讨优化输液流程在儿科门诊输液室的应用效果。方法:运用无线输液管理系统、开展预约输液、配备生物安全柜,优化门诊输液流程。记录优化输液流程后护理差错、平均输液等待时间、患儿家属满意度情况,并与2010年同期数据进行比较。结果:优化输液流程前后护理差错、平均输液等待时间和患儿家属满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优化儿科门诊输液流程有利于提高护士工作效率,减少护理安全隐患,为患儿及家属提供更优质的护理服务,提高患儿家属满意度。
Objective:To investigate the process reengineering in the pediatric outpatient infusion room quality care in the application results. Methods:With a wireless transfusion management system, to carry out the original appointment infusion infusion processes reengineering, recorded afler the implementation nf the occurrence of nursing errors and defects, the average waiting time infusion, families of children with satisfaction, and to the same period in 2010 data ibr comparison, Results : In the pediatric outpatient infusion room to implement quality care before and after the infusion process reengineering nursing errors and defhcts in the incidence and families of childrens's satisfaction, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Pediatric outpatient infusion process reengineering can improve nurses work efficiency, reduce security risks care for children and their families to provide better care for children with their families to improve satisfaction.
