摘要
目的:探讨肠造口周围皮炎的发生原因及护理对策。方法:选取在我院就诊的肠造口周围皮炎患者95例,通过回顾性分析肠造口周围皮炎的大小、形态及严重程度,寻找肠造口周围皮炎的发生原因,总结护理对策。结果:经相应护理后,所有患者均痊愈或好转。结论:肠造口周围皮炎的发生原因各不相同,护理人员应首先判断肠造口周围皮炎的发生原因,针对不同原因采用相应的护理对策,能够取得较为满意的治疗效果。
Objective ： To analyze the caures and nursing experience of different types of intestinal colostomy around dermatitis. Methods ： A total of 95 pali- etns with intestinal colostomy aroud dermatitis were enrolled into this study in our hospital ,we analyzed the causes of intestinal coIostomy aroud dermatitis by means of observing the large, sharp, and the extent of intestinal colostomy aroud dermatitis. And we also surmarized the nursing experience of intestinal co- lostomy aroud dermatitis. Results： After taking effective measures, all the patients were healed or better. Conclusion： The causes of peristomal dermatitis of each are not identical, the nursing staff should first determine the causes of peristomal dermatitis, according to the dift^rent reasons for using the correspond- ing nursing countermeasures, can achieve more satisfactory therapeutic effect.
