摘要
目的:降低护士对偏瘫患者良肢位摆放不合格率,提高护理质量。方法:成立品管圈,确定"降低护士对偏瘫患者良肢位摆放不合格率"为主题活动。遵循PDCA循环工作程序,通过现状调查,设定预期目标,进行要因分析,依据要因分析制定对策并实施。结果:品管圈活动后护士对偏瘫患者良肢位摆放不合格率低于实施前(P<0.05),提高了护理质量。结论:品管圈活动在降低护士对偏瘫患者良肢位摆放不合格率中取得了较好的效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To reduce the nurse＇s unqualified operation rate on good limb position of hemiplegic patient, and improve the quality of nursing. Methods： Set up the quality control circle （QCC） with ＂ reduce the nurse＇s unqualified operation rate on good limb position of hemiplegic patient＂ con- firmed as the theme activity. Follow the working procedure of PDCA cycle considering the results of investigation, and set up expectation aim on the basis of analysis for the formulation of the principle of strategy and implementation. Results ： The implementation of QCC activities, the nurses on the patients with hemiplegia after stroke of good limb position not qualified rate was lower than before （ P 〈 0.05 ） , improved the quality of nursing. Conclusion ： Quality control circle activities has achieved good effect in reducing the nurse＇s unqualified ooeration rate on ,＇cod limb nosition of hemiplegie patient and is worth of generalizing.
