摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低急诊科急救物品缺陷率中的应用。方法:成立品管圈,确定"降低急诊科急救物品缺陷率"的活动主题,运用PDCA循环原则进行现状调查、要因分析、制定对策并组织实施、效果检查等。结果:急诊科急救物品缺陷率由实施前的48.53%降低至实施后的24.49%。结论:品管圈活动有利于降低急诊科急救物品缺陷率,发挥团队成员的创新意识,提高团队成员的工作积极性及共同协作能力。
Objective：To investigate the QCC activities in reducing the emergency department goods defect rate of application. Methods： To set up quality control circle, to determine the ＂reduce defect rate of emergency department goods＂ campaign theme, applying PDCA circulation principle investigation, cause analysis, countermeasure and organize the implementation, effect examination etc. Results： The emergency department goods defective rate from 48.53% down to 24.49% after the implementation of the QCC activities. Conclusion： QCC activities to reduce the defect rate of emergency department goods, play a team memberg innovation consciousness, improve the working enthusiasm of team members and cooperation skill.
