色素上皮衍生因子在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目前,抗血管生成疗法已被广泛证明为一种有效的抗肿瘤治疗方法。PEDF是一种能有效抑制新生血管形成的蛋白,是已知最强的血管生成抑制剂,在不同类型肿瘤细胞的体内外实验中已证实其具有抗肿瘤的作用,可作为一种潜在的新型抗肿瘤药物。本文就色素上皮衍生因子在肿瘤治疗中的研究现状做一综述。 At present, antiangiogenic therapy demonstrats as a promising and potentially strategy for anticancer therapy. PEDF is a well-known potent endogenous inhibitor of angiogenesis. PEDF is shown to be the most potent en- dogenous inhibitor of angiogenesis. The antitumour properties of PEDFis examined in vitro and in vivo for a number of malignancies and can be a potential anti-tumour agent. The aim of this review is to summarize the advance of PEDF in the tumor therapy.
