摘要
高技能人才在当前和今后相当时期具有较大的社会需求,但适应高技能人才培养的模式尚未建立。文章从高技能人才培养模式的主要特征和构成要素分析出发,结合电大成人脱产教育实际,研究和探索电大高技能人才培养模式。
There is a substantial social need for the talents with high technical abilities both currently and in the later future. But the mode of how to cultivate the talents is not established yet. This paper probes into the mode in the context of the full-time adult education, based on the major characteristics and components of cultivating mode of high-skilled talents.
