摘要
目的分析原发性肾小球疾病(PG)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的表达,从而了解患者免疫功能的变化。方法收集26例原发性肾小球疾病患者病例资料,全自动生化分析仪检测血肌酐、血尿素氮等;流式细胞分析测定外周血中CD4+T细胞和CD8+T细胞表达百分率;按简化MDRD方程计算估测肾小球滤过率(eGFR);按eGFR将患者分为2组,Ⅰ组eGFR<90 mL·(min·1.73 m2)-1,II组eGFR≥90·(min·1.73 m2)-1。结果Ⅰ组外周血中CD4+、CD8+及CD4+/CD8+,与Ⅱ组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Ⅰ组及Ⅱ组CD4+T淋巴细胞与正常对照组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性肾小球疾病患者存在外周血T淋巴细胞亚群异常,提示T淋巴细胞亚群的变化影响原发性肾小球疾病的发生发展,可作为辅助检查之一。
Objective To analyze the expression of T lymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood in patients with primary glomeru- lopathy (PG) so as to explore the immune function in this disease. Methods Serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea (Urea) in 26 PG patients were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer. The expression percentage of CD4 ^+ and CD8^+ in peripheral blood (PB) were detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Estimation of glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was calculated via simple MDRD formula. All cases were divided into two groups according to the eGFR level: PG I eGFR 〈90 mL/min/1.73 m^2 ;PG Ⅱ : eGFR≥90 mL/min/1. 73 m^2. Results There were no significant difference in the expression percentage of CD4^+ and CD8^+ in PB of the two groups (P 〉 0.05 ). There were significant difference in CD4 ^+ T lymphocyte between PG I/PG Ⅱ and control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with primary glomerulopathy is abnormal, and this can indicate that T lymphocyte subsets influence the development of primary glomerulopathy, which can be used as one of laboratory examinations.
