摘要
为研究低品位白钨矿在常温浮选过程中能否产出中度钨精矿产品直接销售,对柿竹园低品位白钨给矿,试验研究了"分级-泥砂分选"浮选新工艺流程。在分级脱泥比例15%的条件下,获得了矿砂样部分产出的精矿WO3品位28.32%,WO3相对回收率78.04%;矿泥样部分产出的精矿品位1.51%,WO3相对回收率40.77%;总综合精矿WO3品位为11.60%,WO3总回收率为71.92%的技术指标,其中产于矿砂精矿即中度钨精矿所占的WO3回收率为66.08%。
The flotation process＆quot;classification and mud-sand respectively separation＆quot;was designed for processing low grade scheelite ore in Shizhuyuan cooperation. Favorable technical indicators are obtained when the rate of desliming is 15 %. Sand part concentrate WO3 grade is 28.32 % and relative recovery is 78.04 %. Mud part concentrate WO3 grade is 1.51 % and elative recovery is 40.77 %. The total comprehensive scheelite concentrate WO3 grade is 11.60%,WO3 recovery is 71.92%,in this the sand part concentrate WO3 recovery is 66.08%.
