注射器内少量空气对肌内注射疼痛的影响 被引量:21

摘要 为探讨注射器内少量空气对肌内注射疼痛的影响 ,选择 10 0例门诊患者进行自身对照 ,采用改良注射法 (注射时注射器内有 0 .2~ 0 .3 m l空气 )和传统注射法 (注射器内无空气 )进行常规肌内注射 ,拔针 30 s后评估局部疼痛程度。结果两组注射疼痛程度比较 ,经统计学处理 ,差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 0 5 ) ,提示注射时注射器内存少量空气能减轻局部疼痛 ,且减少药物浪费。 In order to investigate the effect of few air in the syringe on the intramuscular injection induced pain, 100 out patients were selected for self comparison. Modified injection with 0.2 to 0.3 ml air in the syringe during injection and conventional injection without air in the syringe were used to perform routine intramuscular injection. The degree of local pain 30 s after needle extraction was evaluated. It was found that there was significant difference in the degree of pain between the two groups ( P <0 005), indicating the pain in the intramuscular injection area with modified injection was obviously milder than with conventional injection. It was suggested that few air in the syringe during intramuscular injection could alleviate the pain in the injection area and avoid the waste of drugs.
