掺钕钇铝石榴石激光对小鼠移植瘤转移的影响

摘要 目的 研究不同方式掺钕钇铝石榴石 (Nd- YAG)激光对小鼠移植瘤生长及转移的影响 .方法  99只近交系 6 15小鼠 ,分为 4组 ,除对照组外 ,其余 3组应用输出功率 5 W的Nd- YAG激光进行不同方式的照射 ,照射能量密度 80 0 J·cm- 2 ,照射后第 8日观察肿瘤的生长及肺转移情况 .结果 不同方式激光照射组的肿瘤肺转移程度明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ,封闭照射组肿瘤生长慢于对照组 (P<0 .0 1) .结论 不同方式的 Nd- YAG激光治疗可减少小鼠肿瘤肺转移 ,提示 Nd- YAG激光除体腔应用外 。 AIM To study the effects of different manners of irradiation of Nd-YAG laser on metastasis of transplanted tumor in mice. METHODS Ninety-nine mice were divided into 4 groups. Except the control group, the three groups were exposed to different manners of Nd-YAG laser with power output of 5 W and energy density of 800 J·cm -2. On the eighth day, metastasis of the transplanted tumor to the lung was observed. RESULTS Grades of metastasis of transplanted tumor in mice in three laser groups showed a signifi-cant lower than control group (P<0.01), and the tumor in sealing irradiation group grew obviously slowness than control group (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Tumor Metastasis in mice can be induced by different manners of irradiation of Nd-YAG laser. It suggests that Nd-YAG laser can be used in endoscope, decreasing the possibility of tumor metastasis in combination with surgery or other kind of lasers.
