摘要
针对在役连续油管缺乏简便而有效的检测手段问题,研制出基于地磁的磁法检测装置。该装置采用两瓣铰接式结构,可以直接安装于连续油管作业机上滚筒与注入头之间,与压管盒相连可实现快捷安装与拆卸。在实验过程中,采用此磁法检测装置进行检测,可对0.1 mm裂纹识别,采用电涡流测量方法测量管道椭圆度误差小于3%。现场实际应用中,对连续油管进行在线检测6万余m,其检测准确率达95%以上,说明该装置具有良好的可靠性,能够满足连续油管在线检测的要求。
The online magnetic detection device based on earth's magnetic field was developed to deal with the lack of simple and effective detection method for coiled tubing (CT) in service. The detection device adopted a two-sectional articulated structure, and can be directly installed between CT reel and injector head. Moreover, it connected to the stripper that can realize quick installation and dismantling. During the experiment, the minimum 0. lmm crack can be identified and the relative error of ovality is less than 3% by monitoring the deformation of the coiled tubing. The CT online magnetic detection device was used in an accumulated detection of over 60 000 m CT on the spot and the detection accuracy was over 95%. The results indicated that the device has good reliability and can meet the needs of the online field detection of CT defects.
