摘要
目前多数配送中心和物流企业在材料分拣过程中仍采用人工方式进行,耗费了较大的人力、物力。因此,本文采用PLC控制和多传感器融合技术,设计了一个基于PLC和组态技术的材料分拣系统。在该系统中,PLC控制器根据传感器的信号对整个系统进行操作控制;上位机通过MCGS组态软件对系统的工作、运行状态进行实时监控,并将系统的数据进行报表显示。实验表明,该系统能连续、大批量地分拣货物,且分拣误差率较低,显著提高了材料分拣的效率。
Currently, the majority of our distribution centers and logistics companies use manual sorting, it costs manpower and materials resources in material sorting. In order to solve the problem, the paper puts forward a kind of material sorting system based on MCGS. In the system, PLC controllers operate and control the entire system based on the sensor signal. The upper computer through MCGS configuration software monitor the system' s work and process state in real time and reports the collected data. The material sorting system can sort the materials continuously and wholesale with the application of PLC control and multi-sensor fusion technology. It also reduces the sorting error rate and the labor intensity and improve labor productivity significantly.
