基于需求分析的社会体育指导与管理专业课程设置研究被引量：4

摘要社会体育指导与管理专业近年来在我国高校发展迅速,但同时也产生了一些问题,尤其是现行的课程设置很难满足学习者需求和社会需求。通过采用文献资料以及比较分析等方法,研究发现:多数高校的社会体育指导与管理专业课程设置只是对体育教育专业课程的改动和修补,并非建立在社会需求和学生学习需求的基础之上。研究后认为社会体育指导与管理专业的课程设置必须在需求分析基础上,构建基于就业岗位与职业标准相结合的"专业+专门化方向"的课程体系。 The Social Sport Instruction and Management Major in colleges and universities have developed fast in recent years and some problems have come out ,too. Especially the designed courses can hardly meet the students’and society’s need. In the paper documentary and comparison methods are used and study shows that most colleges just repatch the course for the Physical Education Major, not based on the students’ and society’s need. It is concluded that the course design has to carry out need analysis so as to construct a course system of Specialty＋Specializing directions.
