摘要
根据《河南统计年鉴》、《中国粮食统计年鉴》、《粮油加工业统计资料》及《中国统计年鉴》等最新统计数据,从反映粮食生产方式转变、粮食加工方式转变和粮食物流方式转变3个方面对河南省粮食发展方式转变程度进行综合评价。在评价指标体系中,运用改进的灰色关联分析法和层次分析法确定子系统的权重,并对粮食发展方式整个系统的转变进行评价分析。评价结果表明:在2001—2011年间河南省粮食产业发展方式总体呈现上升趋势,粮食产业发展方式不断朝着集约型的方向发展;粮食生产方式、粮食物流方式转变程度与粮食发展方式转变程度整体吻合度较高;但粮食加工方式的转变却呈现一定的波动,粮食加工方面的技术问题有待进一步改进。
The paper explores a comprehensive evaluation of the change of the economic development pattern in Henan Province from three aspects mode of food production, food processing methods, and the way of grain logistics transformation based on the latest statistics of Henan Statistical Yearbook, China Statistical Yearbook of Grain, Grain and Oil Processing Industry Statistics and China statistical yearbook. In the evaluation index system, the improved grey relation analysis and analytic hierarchy process （ahp） are applied in determining weights of subsystem, and the analysis of the whole system of the development mode change is made. The result shows a overall rising tendency in the food industry development in Henan Province from 2001 to 2011, and the food industry development mode is constantly in the direction of the intensive development; food production mode and the logistics mode are highly coherent with grain development mode change; but there has been a certain fluctuation in the way of food processing and the technical problems in grain processing need to be further improved.
