摘要
通过文献资料法、调查访谈法、实验法和逻辑分析法等方法,对将排舞引入高校健美操教学进行研究。通过对学生生理及心理指标的监测、访谈,密切关注两组学生的参与程度和进步幅度,加强反馈,及时发现问题并有效地启发和引导。
Through literature review,investigation and interview,experiment and logical analysis,the study explores the feasibility of introducing dance rehearsal into college aerobics teaching.The study monitors and investigates both the physiological and psychological characteristics of the subjects and pays a close attention to the attendance rate and improvement of two groups of students in order to strengthen the feedback,find problems in time and offer effective guidance.
