摘要
随着现代互联网络技术的发展,数字网络参考咨询服务应运而生。通过文献检索整理的方法,对钦州学院参考咨询服务的现状、存在困难及其原因进行了分析,并对开展参考咨询服务的重要性进行了探讨。提出了加强管理和强化内涵建设、开展数字参考咨询的馆际合作、建立健全学科馆员制度、强化参考咨询服务的宣传力度、拓展在线用户培训业务以及突出特色化与个性化服务等具体对策,对加强钦州学院图书馆的内涵建设和提升整体服务水平具有一定的现实意义。
As the modem Intemet technology developed, Digital Reference Service（DRS） has been applied. With the meth- od of document retrieval, this paper analyzes the current situation, the difficulties and their reasons of reference service in Qinzhou University Library, and studies the importance of reference service. For having a better and deeper understanding of ref- erence service and improving the service, this paper suggests strengthen the management of library, deepen the understanding to the service, conduct intedibrary cooperation in Digital Reference Service, optimize the subject librarian system, publicize the service widely, promote the business of online users training and highlight characteristic and personalized features of the service. The implementation of these suggestions is practically meaningful to the connotation extension and improvement of reference serv- ice of Qinzhou University Library.
